Buddy and Grace

Today's greatest dilemma: retaining our dignity as we age. With baby boomers sandwiched between their "me" lifestyle and aging parents, nursing homes are filling up with a forgotten generation. In his debut novel, John Ciarlo writes a deeply moving love story about an aged couple determined to live life their way while frustrating their dysfunctional family and local authorities.

Comes A Soldier's Whisper

I am very excited to be a new member of MWSA and to share Comes A Soldier's Whisper, a collection of wartime letters with reflection and hope for the future.

Although these letters were written some seventy years ago between 1943-1945, they resonate the same sentiments of our soldiers today. It changes their family too...

Official Photo 25th Annual Literary Feast

In the latest Dispatches I wrote about the great experience I had at Fort Lauderdale as one of the authors participating in the Broward County Public Library Foundation's Literary Feast. The organization is wonderful and was informed that they raised $170,000 for the county's public library system, the seventh largest in the nation.

Here's the official photo of all the authors. I'm in the last row, fourth from the right.
