In 1995, I started to do research and interviews of families who had lost a loved one in the Vietnam War, and after 18 months, I was able to publish my first volume of, "The Faces Behind The Names".  The book is #517 pages, hard bound, sewn, 8 1/2 x 11 ", with an Award winning 4-colour dust jacket, profiling #414 men who lost their lives.  It has bios, photos, and statements from family members and friends that will bring tears within the first five bios.  It has been purchased by many American Legion Posts and VFW Posts and donated to local high school libraries.  Historical Societies and Public Libraries also purchased books.

In 2000, I was able to finish volume II, that covered #148 men killed from 24 States, and is #279 pages of grief.  It is the same quality as volume I, with a different dust jacket design.

In 2004, I completed my last book, "The Greatest Generation of Silver Wings", a #257 page book that is 9 x 6" that is of the same quality as the first two books.  All the books are gold & silver embossed, that adds to their quality.  It covers personal stories and 'before and after' photos of #33 Pilots and Aircrews who flew with the 8th, 15th, and 20th Air Forces in WW II.  I had the privilege of video taping interviews as well as having lunch with them every Wednesday for several years, at the local American Legion Post.  Although I was only about 15 years younger than these Gentlemen, I was always like a 12 year old around them.

I have no more copies available as of today (June 25, 2012), but I am planning a re-print of all 3 books by the fall of this year.

I am now 74, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Commissioned as a Naval Officer at NAS Pensacola, Commercially licensed pilot, and retired in Pattaya, Thailand.  I am married (for the 1st time, later in life) and have two young sons.

I am now in the process of placing these 3 books on Kindle and Order on Demand with Amazon, using Pay Pal, and should be completed within several weeks.  I hope you will soon be able to view these books, and possibly order copies at a later date.  When I re-print these books with Sentinel Printing in St. Cloud, Minnesota, I will fly back and sign all hard bound copies.
