Genres and Sub-categories

Here are the genres and sub-categories used for review and award assessment. NOTE: Not all categories are represented in any given year, depending on submissions. If in a given year, there are many books in a single genre, sub-category with very high scores, MWSA reserves the right to break down sub-categories into smaller groups if there are two or more entries that would logically fit. There can be ties when scores are identical out to the second place.
