For the past few years I have noticed an increasing number of people who come over to my table at my book signings and elsewhere to thank me for my service,and I must confess that I am always a little embarrassed and uncomfortable when this happens for a couple of reasons.
March 23 - 25th.
The book to be discussed is Marcia Sargent's terrific memoir, "Wing Wife: How to to be Married to a Marine Corps Fighter Pilot." The book is fun, rawkus, charming, philosophical, and heartbreaking. Over the summer of 2012, I will be trying to implement member suggestions for the MWSA website. However, before I start making minor changes, I want to ensure that everything is working well and is reasonably easy to use, within the limits of the website software.
If you haven't tried our forums or other features, please do so. Right now, the forums are pretty silent! The forums are for all members, but they need readers (and writers) to be useful.
Also, check out the site blogs, news feeds, and more. We need members to test the site more fully before making changes.
