      Writing enables us to process and express our responses to intense and even traumatic experiences that

we otherwise avoid remembering. In the space self-expression opens, we become more present to our lives.

The workshop shares straightforward strategies to become comfortable with writing in a sustainable way

that promotes both physical and emotional well being. Whenever and wherever you feel stress, writing

offers available relief.

          The instructors are veterans and children of veterans who have used writing to come to terms with their own trauma or the legacy of trauma within their families.
