Author in the Spotlight

I'm pleased to report that the Association of Independent Authors has chosen to feature me as their "Author in the Spotlight" for the month of May. There may not be anything in the article that members here do not already know, but it does give a small shout-out to MWSA, which pleases me.

If you are self-publishing and have not joined this organization, you might want to consider it. For a relatively small membership fee, they allow you to republish reviews and other announcements. When you have a new book come out, they carry the release information for two months, and they will also feature any book trailer when you release it. Their pages offer invaluable advice, link to your blog, and offer publishing services that they consider to be worthwhile.

I cannot tell you how they choose their monthly feature authors, but when it happens, I admit that it feels really good.
