Michaelson has combined photographs and recipes into a unique cookbook titled “Has Been Cookbook.” Michaelson, a professional chef has included recipes from his restaurant “Cozy Café” along with vintage recipes and photographs of the past.

We seem today to have little time to do anything and meals can suffer as a result. These recipes are simple to make and Michaelson’s directions are easy to follow. Complete with an index and glossary it cannot be made easier for the beginner or advanced cook looking for easy meals to prepare.

You will be doing yourself and your family a favor by picking up a copy of Michaelson’s  cookbook. Skip the fast food, your family will thank you.
