Celebrating my 150th book!
Submitted by William Stanek on February 16, 2013 - 15:26Hope you'll stop by the new 'Meet Robert Stanek' website @ http://www.robert-stanek.com/. I’ve been writing stories for many years. Though I’ve always been a writer at heart, I never set out to be a writer. What I wanted to be, I didn’t know when I said goodbye to high school. What I wanted to do though, I knew that: I wanted to see the world—and so I did while serving my country in distant lands.

Trumbull Rogers Memorial Service
Submitted by Dwight Zimmerman on February 10, 2013 - 12:43On February 9, 2012, I attended a memorial service for MWSA member Trumbull Rogers who passed away after a long illness on September 4, 2012.

Grace was contacting friends and organizations that Trum (as he was known) knew or was a member of. Her MWSA contact information had Maria Edwards' name and she forwarded the details to me.

That's not such a bad thing because by the time you reach such an age you have plenty of stories to tell and you are past the point where you crave fame and fortune. I started by writing short stories about my days as a US Army Security Agency Laotian Translator/Interpreter during the Vietnam War in Thailand and Laos.
